As of 7 July, eBooks priced between $2.99 and $12.99 on Amazon.com now qualify for KDP’s 70% royalty option. The previous upper limit was $9.99.
So eligible books priced above $9.99 could now earn you a much larger share of every sale, meaning more money in your pocket without you lowering prices.
This is especially good news for longer books, box sets and special editions.
